Refund & Cancellation Policy



Made-to-Order Items
Every jewelry piece is handcrafted specifically for you. Because each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24–48 hours of purchase (or before production starts, whichever comes first) for a full refund.

  • Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Changes to Your Order

  • Design changes are accepted only before production starts.

  • Once materials have been sourced or manufacturing has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will repair, replace, or remake the piece at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.

Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

  • If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery (excluding normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or resizing by another jeweler), we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect ring size provided by the customer.

  • Personalized engravings.

  • Custom gemstone selections.

  • Minor variations in gemstone color or natural inclusions.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
